The Robinson Center for Graphic Arts and Communication Design at the CCNY Art Department
Club
The EDM Club was organized by EDM students and is registered with the Office of Student Life.
Its mission is to discuss contemporary design issues and to foster a sense of community for EDM students.
Meetings, lectures, and events are usually held during CCNY Club hours, 12pm to 2pm, with multiple events happening each month during the Fall and Spring semester. Events include: guest lectures from industry professionals and artists; field trips to New York City-based design firms, museums, design conferences, and book fairs; portfolio reviews and panel discussions; software, bookmaking, and packaging demonstrations; study groups and coffee groups; networking events that enable students to meet one another.
